What we collect
When you send a brief from the Order page, we save:
- the service you picked, your brief, your name and your deadline;
- your WhatsApp number or email, if you choose to share it;
- the video you referenced, if any, and the channel you used to send it;
- your country, worked out by our hosting network. We do not store your IP address.
The brief is saved the moment you press send, before WhatsApp or your email app opens, so we can still follow up if the message never goes through.
Why we keep it
Only to reply to your brief, prepare an estimate and work on your project. We do not sell, rent or share it with advertisers.
Where it lives and for how long
Briefs are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which also hosts this website. Messages you send on WhatsApp or by email are also covered by those services' own policies.
We keep a brief for up to 12 months. If it becomes a project, we keep it for as long as the project and its paperwork require.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used and make it better:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used through heatmaps and anonymised session replays. It sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. What you type in the order form is masked and never recorded. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Your browser also remembers small preferences on your own device, such as whether you paused motion.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
